This project involved the refurbishment of a 40,000 ft², Grade 2 listed, 24 bed mansion house in Mayfair, along with the fit out of a new 2 storey basement. The project was completed in October 2019, having commenced mid-2017

The works included finishes of the highest quality, including a new swimming pool with spa facilities, a car lift capable of storing 8nr cars, passenger lifts, a ball room, a nightclub, a ‘river’ water feature running through a 3rd floor conservatory accommodating 500 tropical fish, a cinema, a commercial kitchen, as well as extremely complex services and audio visual installations.

The project was secured via a 2 Stage competitive tender based on prelims, programme, oh&p and some initial structural works, with the remaining works being negotiated and procured on an open book, cost plus basis during the course of the project.
